About Me
Hi, I’m Ofer – the heart (and hands) behind Carbs & Curbs.
Carbs & Curbs was born from my love of baking, culture, and people. Along the way, I trained as a pastry chef, traveled between Israel, Denmark, and the USA, and learned to weave flavors, stories, and traditions into everything I do. Today in Copenhagen, I bring together Middle Eastern roots, Danish pastries, and a passion for sharing — whether through workshops, walking tours, or stories on the blog.
